Terms of service
Last updated: 26 October 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and [Your company's legal name], which runs Pariwell. By signing up, or by taking part on WhatsApp, you agree to them. Please also read our privacy policy.
1. What Pariwell does
A parent sends photos of their blood pressure machine or sugar meter, medicine replies and notes on WhatsApp. We record them, check the readings, send reminders, and send a weekly report to the family members you choose (and to the parent's doctor, if you ask and the parent agrees).
2. Not medical or emergency care
Pariwell is not a doctor, a hospital or an emergency service. We don't diagnose, treat or give medical advice, and we never tell anyone to change a medicine. Our alerts compare readings with the targets you or the doctor gave us. They may be late or may miss something, so they can't replace a doctor's care or common sense. In an emergency in India, call 112. We reply between 8am and 9pm India time.
3. Who can use it
- You must be 18 or older to sign up.
- You confirm that your parent knows about Pariwell. We start only after the parent agrees on WhatsApp.
- The information you give us (numbers, targets, contacts) must be accurate, and you'll tell us when it changes.
4. Readings and accuracy
Readings come from photos and messages. We use software and our team to read them, and we check them, but mistakes can happen: blurry photos, wrong machines, typing errors. Always confirm important readings with the machine and the doctor.
5. Free month, prices and paying
- The first month is free and needs no card.
- After that, the price is the one shown when you signed up. We never charge you automatically: each month you choose whether to pay and continue.
- If you don't continue, we stop the service and delete the information as described in the privacy policy.
6. Using it fairly
Keep the private report link within your family. Don't use Pariwell for anyone who hasn't agreed, don't send anything unlawful or abusive, and don't try to break or misuse the service.
7. WhatsApp and other services
Pariwell works through WhatsApp and other providers. Their own terms apply to your use of them, and we can't promise they'll always be available.
8. Stopping
You can stop at any time: the parent can reply STOP, and anyone in the family can ask us to delete everything. We may stop the service for a family if these terms are broken, or if we close Pariwell; we'll tell you first where we can.
9. Our responsibility
We provide Pariwell with care, but "as is", without promises beyond those in these terms. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for medical outcomes, or for losses caused by late, missed or wrong readings or alerts. Our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the problem. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.
10. Changes
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you on WhatsApp before the change applies. If you keep using Pariwell after that, the new terms apply.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by [e.g. the laws of India, with courts in Pune having jurisdiction]. Please contact us first; most problems can be fixed quickly.
